Tagging people with a simple word or single adjective is difficult. Any attempt from me would be a simplification. Just I will say that I am a lover of all human behaviors as well as all their possible variants. I guess that´s the reason why I took my BA and Ph. D. in Psychology. I worked over the years in several public and private organizations as well and always linked to development of people. Since 2001 I am professor at the University of Granada (Spain) where I investigate and teach Human Resources and Organizational Health. I have had the opportunity to live in several countries, which has enabled me to grow and learn from everything and everywhere. I wish to have more than one life but, as I have no complete certainty, I will try hard to live correctly this one, which is the only one I know nowadays.
