Associate Professor at the University of Granada (Spain), held his Ph. D. in Social Psychology. He has more than 50 articles published in some of the most important academic journals and more than 30 books and chapters. Also he has participated in 12 international research projects with several European and Latin American Universities.

He has been visiting professor in several abroad Universities (University of Nottingham, Princeton University, University of Helsinki, University of Western Ontario, Burgundy School of Business among others). Currently is Head of the Research Group in Organizational Health and Wellbeing.
