About me

It is difficult to describe a person with just one word or adjective. Doing so would be a simplification. Then, I will say that I am a lover of all the human behaviours as well as all their possible variations. I guess that this is the reason why I studied a Psychology Degree. For many years, I have worked in public and private organizations as organizational consultant and always in areas related to people management and development. Since 2001 I am Professor at the University of Granada where I perform my research and teaching activity in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Health. I have been lucky enough to live in several countries for some time, which has enriched my life and enabled me to learn many things. I wish I could have more than one life but, as this is unlikely, I will try to live this one as intensely as possible.
